So, so grateful to the fabulous Christine Heckel @heckelchris6758 of the Peter Hess Institute @peter_hess_institut and Micheala for their wonderful and so inspirational sound massage and sound healing teachings this week - gongs, singing bowls and oh, so much laughter! I loved every minute...
